Target Gift Card Online

Hi,

 

I purchased a 60$ Spotify Gift card online from Target 1 week ago. I received it yesterday and tried putting in the scratch off code to redeem the money from the card but it says the code is invalid. I know none of the numbers were scratched off the card, so what can I do to make my code work since I didn't buy it directly in store. I have the receipt that was sent in the mail along with the card. Please help!

Just had a look for a case - It seems that an advisor has now been in touch.

I also want to add that I submitted a ticket using the Spotify contact us form two days ago and no one has responded yet. I really would like this to get resolved ASAP!

Just get in touch with the Spotify customer service team using the online contact form and one of their lovely advisors will be able to assist you directly.

my friend bought me a gift card online. when i click the link my internet opens and i get the opertunity to press at 3 months of premium. but when i press confirm this pops up "We are currently not able to redeem this code" i am loged in but it denies me to get it what is happening

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
