Time Limit

I just opened my Spotify after being away on holiday for the entire month of August and I get the message that my 10 hour timelimit has been reached.

How is this possible when this laptop is the only device I've installed spotify on and it has been switched off for the entire month?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

It sounds like someone may be using your account.

Feel free to post on this topic to get logged out of all devices.
Then I suggest you reset your password so the other user can't login again.

Have you tried logging out then back in - this often resets the limit. Also try the web player to see if that plays for you.

Does it? That's a new one, never used free before so I wouldn't know, I'm learning 😉

@Taylor I meant if it's reporting the limit incorrectly not if you've used up your 2.5 hours 🙂
