Time remaining

Hi, i've been using spotify free for almost a year now and i know there are limitations, like 10hours/month. 2 weeks i have my last hour left of the month, i used it up. Then ofc i had to wait until it was time for another 10 hours free. It happened yesterday, i only listen to some tracks, i'd say 15/20 or so. Now the one hour time remaining has come back. I don't understand, i didn't use my 10 hours up already, is it normal or just a technical problem?

I had a similar issue, but I waited to see what day it allowed me to listen again (which turned out to be Tuesdays) and I just opened Spotify. Yesterday it said 16 minutes left but now it says 0 time left even though I haven't used it since then.

I can't seem to find any info on the FAQ or community so far.

Any ideas?

Hi Sam,

I had a similar issue, but I waited to see what day it allowed me to listen again (which turned out to be Tuesdays) and I just opened Spotify. Yesterday it said 16 minutes left but now it says 0 time left even though I haven't used it since then.
