USA users vs European users

Why dos USA free users dont have the 10 hours limitation and European have? Why are the European diferent?

It's due to the licensing regulations in the US. Spotify don't impose listeneing limits in the US because they are allowed to - in the EU, they have to impose limits to follow their licensing regulations.

I can't do that, I don't work for Spotify. Blame licensing. Not Spotify.

Can´t blame, they keep in silence. Spotify is an example, but there are many more.

iAugusto - The US hasn't had any limitations since we launched. We haven't changed anything there.

As I mentioned in the other thread, it's entirely down to licensing. Each country has different licensing agreements. That's why there are more limitations in the UK and France than, say, Portugal.
