Solved!! premium on mobile but showing free on web

hi, i've got a premium subscription, but when I log in on the spotify website, or more specific on play.spotify.com, my account shows as free. Is this a known issue? thanks! Robert

Cannot change my country

I am living in the U.S and the country is denoted as UK. Every time I try and change it it throughs an error and will not let me. First the error is wrong country, then worng password and it goes in circles with no avail. Please assist
