Signed up for free trial and got receipt; cannot listen to Premium.

I received a receipt for the 30-day trial then downloaded the Spotify app. When I try to listen, it tells me that I need to subscribe to Premium first. Can you please provide assistance?Thank you.

Songs on playlists disappearing

I am having problems where individual songs from playlists I'm creating disappear after a while. I know that the labels add/remove songs on a day by day basis. But shouldn't the unavailable song stay in the playlist and just grey out? I have lost nam...

Spotify site keeps randomly logging me out

I've been having some issues with the site randomly logging me out when i change pages or something. What can i do to prevent this? Is there some way to make the site "remember me"? Oh yea, I'm using my facebook information to log in if that helps.

Download stops on my phone.. (android)
