You can cancel your subscription at any time from your subscription management page on your online account. 

If you wish to request your Spotify account to be completely deleted (be sure to cancel your subsciption first) then have a read at the steps outlined in this post. 

Any issues, just get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further.
