So hubby bought me a 6 month ecard so I clicked on the link to activate it then went to spotify app on my phone and it doesn't have premium. My husband paid for premium so why the heck can't I get it?

Hi, did you actually redeem it though?

It should've asked you to enter a code, and then choose which one to recieve for the code (premium, if it is an e-card).

When you go to your subscription page does it say that you're a premium member? If so, then just log out then into the app/client, and try again. If it still isn't registering that you're premium, just uninstall and reinstall the app/client 🙂

If it doesn't say that you're premium, then try and redeem the code again 🙂
