offline playlist gone!!

offline playlist gone!!

My offline playlists has disappeared from my device!

Could it be that I have synced on more than three devices?

Do I get a message if I try to sync on more than 3 devices?

Could you please look at my account how many devices I have synced and what kind of devices it is?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

If you have synced too many devices, you will normally get an "Offline access withdrawn" error message.

What type of device did this occur on?

The offline files has disappeard on my phone, Samsung Galaxy S3, and I don't think I have seen any error message.

I also know files have been recently synced to another phone, Sony Eriocsson X10 Mini.

Last year I used a Nokia E51 to sync files before I got the Samsung.

Is it possible for you to check what devices files have been synced to?

I can't do that for you, since I don't work for Spotify 😉

The device allocation works on a circular basis, so adding a new device will remove the first device you registered for offline usage. Just try and download the playlist again, I think you might be experiencing a known bug with the android client which is outlined in this topic.

Ok, I will try that...

But I also noted that in the settings, the Music Quality for Download had changed from High Quality to Normal Quality.

And when I got this problem Spotify didn't start correctly on the device, it only showed a blank screen. I had to restart the phone to get it working, but then the offline files were gone.

Is this behaviour also something known?
