I cant change my password, and when i click on the "forgot the password" im typing in my email (the old email), the i changed to the new email on my account but it still dont work... sorry for this.... how the **bleep** can i change it ? im going MAD!

If you are having any issues changing your password using the online systems, then I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you. It is possible your email address can't be changed as you have accidentally created a duplicate account.
