Ive gone through the process of logging in and logging out about 10 times and its still not letting me pay my bill what do I do?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

 

I'm not 100% sure what you mean by pay your bill. Spotify works on a renewing payment subscription, once it is set up it will automatically take payment each month until you cancel it. 

If you are having payment issues then I would suggest you drop the payments team a message using the online contact form as they are the best people to help you 😉

The credit card you guys have on file I lost I have a new credit card I need to put in the numbers to pay my Spotify but I do not know how so if you could help me I would be so grateful thank you

Sorry for the late reply.

 

First you need to cancel your current subscription here:

 

https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/

 

Then you need to resubscribe to premium from the account page.
