problem resetting password

I've been at this for three days. I'm not able to login with my spotify account and am unable to use my password. I've requested a password reset link at least 20 times but have not received the email. Checked my spam folder, it's not there, either. My account had not been linked to a facebook account, so that should not be the issue. I just recently linked it to have access to my settings.
