spotify through mobile app

Hi,

im trying to access my spotify account through my samsung s4 and after i type in my username and passpord it says im trying to log in from a different country. i havent even been to a different country.

please help me!!

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

Few things to check out:

- Your country is set correctly on your online profile.

- If you are outside the US, you have a premium subscription to use Spotify on a mobile device.

- Try a different network, if you are currently using WiFi try the mobile network.

The account connected to your Community profile is a Free account based in the US. Is that what you'd be expecting your account to show?
