Playlist Error: Uninstalled Spotify then Reinstalled Spotify - Playlists GONE!

Spotify Errored out when I opened up the recently re-installed Spotify. All my playlists are gone and I just got a yellow notification at the top that there was a "Playlist Error" and that is it. No error # or anything. Any help would be great.
