[Subscription] Military / Forces Discount

Spotify currently offer students a 50% discount, yet no forces discount. Spotify should introduce a forces discount for current serving members of the armed forces.

I'd love to have a military discount from Spotify, been using their premium services for a while now and it is simply the best and most user friedly.

The CEO is Swedish and wound't care too much about American armed forces, doubtful he is being insenstive to the cause. It's just business.

$10 bucks a month is nothing Fam, just don't buy that 1 beer = ). Other ways to save.

As for you teachers, nurses, ect...REALLY YOUR ASKING FOR A DISCOUNT?!...

This would be a great way to help support our troops who have served or are serving. Life gets hard outside of the civilian world and sometimes the right music can put you back in a place where you feel safe again. For those who have sacrificed not only their lives, but their young years of their lives, supporting them by just giving discounted music would definitely be a great way to give thanks. You guys would not loose money, instead you can advertise it showimg off your good deed and I guarantee, lots more people will switch from Pandora to Spotify Premium. It's a small change to help a large amount of troops both actively giving their lives and those that are home recovering. Music is the best medicine and can physiologically change someone's life. Please do give a forces discount that hopefully has no limitations. Or maybe a discount that only happens if we buy a year at a time. That would be greatly appreciated, thank you for reading this.

Did anything ever happen about this? I'm guessing not, since it's still up and hasn't been updated in a year. My husband and I would love to see this happen.

Spotify you should only give the Military discount to your own Swedish Forces supporting Sweden. Why support the Americans when they are creating havoc around the world. Keep politics out of Spotify and do not support the US Military period. If you support them as a world-wide company you will lose more subscribers than what you gain. Keep up the great work Spotify!!

I'm a student currently and do appreciate my student discount very much so. However, I would also appreciate Spotify to support our armed forces both active and reserve as well as all veterans. It's only fair. My husband is an active marine and I see how much he does for our family and I think the least Spotify could do for him and my family included is offer a 50% discount to them. They do the unthinkable for us when crisis calls for it and they spend rigorous hours in the field and away from family as well as countless months on at sea deployments and or away from home. This is the least you can do for them Spotify.

@JCalkins95 Guess you have trouble reading.  I am against giving the US Forces discounts. Spotify is a Swedish company not American. Keep Politics out of Spotify and support your world-wide customers for who they are. Why give special favors to the Yanks?
