I am looking for the album AMAMI TOUR by Arisa.

It is on apple music but not on spotify. The other Arisa albums are available on spotify . Will it come?

I did a quick lookup for the release of Amami Tour. The release is available on the Spotify service to only these listening regions at this moment: Italy and the U.S.

Might try using social media to contact the artist about why that release on Spotify is not available in your listening region? The labels and content providers determine what listening regions content is available in.
