Are my listeners bots?

I am an artist on Spotify, and I went through a playlist placement company for my two newest songs. The listener/streaming ratio provided by Spotify for Artists correlate but there is no engagement on my profile besides that listen. Is there a way for Spotify to check to see if these listeners are bots?

Chances are they were paid listeners or bots, if you got 5k streams and 4.9k listeners it’s possible that majority are bots. Which is not completely horrible in my eyes as it still give you the numbers you want as well as making the song more attractive to click from the random listeners coming by your profile. Try an organic push through Twitter and the music chat/ playlist exchange part of this community to gain real fans.
