Seems there might be more than one artist with the name Andrew Scott?

You might try reading through the Spotify Artists FAQ here: https://www.spotifyartists.com/faq/ there is a bit of information under "My content landed on an artist page of a band with the same name. How can I create my own artist page?" This might help you.

This might just be a simple case of many artists with the name Andrew Scott that had content uploaded and added to the service, and everything under that artist name was just placed together in a single artist page.
