Artist genres?

As an artist I'm wondering how the artists metadata like genre information is generated? One of my main artists seems to have totally irrelevant and absurd genre information and it would be really important to be able to define it accurately and correctly. However I don't see any way to do this.

The best thing would be to have genre control through artists.spotify.com admin view.

Any suggestions / knowledge regarding this?
