Author: Iain M. Banks

One of the chapters of this audiobook cuts out early before the content is finished, Part 2 Chapter 2 specifically. I can not determine whether this is due to being uploaded improperly by the publisher or is due to a technical problem.

We tested this out and can confirm that we were also able to reproduce the issue with the chapters you mentioned and that they end quite abruptly in the middle of a sentence. Looks like they might be uploaded this way so we've gone ahead and reported this to the relevant team so they can have a closer look. We're unable to provide an ETA for a fix at this time, but rest assured this will remain on our internal teams' radar.

Strange Practice by Vivian Shaw does not have the full chapters available. The duration of the chapters is too short on the playlist, the app is not skipping content, the content just isn't there, so if I allow the chapters to play as they are on the Spotify playlist the content cuts out and the next chapter starts. All chapters are marking complete, there's not any leftover audio to be heard.

I've found a preview of the same audiobook on another website and the first chapter is missing almost 10 minutes. I've listened to chapter 1-4 and all seem to cut off before the end of the chapter, usually mid-sentence. I've tried listening on the Android app and the Windows desktop app and both are giving the same result. I've done a clean reinstall of the Android app following the instructions provided in the FAQs and it's displaying the same duration for the chapters and behaving the same way.

I tried playing another audiobook and it played all chapters in their entirety.
