My wife is the Plan Manager but cannot access Richard Osmond, The bullet that missed. It shows a padlock. She can access his other books.

Why is iit unavailable?

Thanks for reaching out. Some audiobooks are included with Premium but others need to be purchased separately. See here for more info. It's also possible she has used up her allotted time, see here for more info.
