Can not play any songs on computer.

Everything works normally on my phone and laptop but on my computer, I can't see my saved songs and my playlists are empty. I can't play any songs. Instead of an image in the bottom left corner, it's just black. Songs are still highlighted green when I click on them but nothing happens. I also can't connect Spotify between different devices. 

I have reinstalled Spotify over 20 times, updated my computer, logged out/in. 

Nothing works.

Was you a premium member?  the most caused issue for this would be if you have a setting checked called High Quality Streaming - 

go into your settings on spotify on a computer and check to see if you have that setting checked, if you do then uncheck that setting and it should work fine for you.
