Cannot Play Albums That Were Pre-Saved to Library

Cannot Play Albums That Were Pre-Saved to Library

Premium Family Plan

USA

Windows 11 HP Probook Desktop

The past two weeks I have noticed that albums using the countdown feature I had previously pre-saved to my library are not fully playable to me. Only the singles that were released prior to the street date can be played or added to the queue. Restarting my computer, signing out and back in and refreshing/reloading spotify is not fixing the issue. None of the songs are greyed out as unavailable when looking at the app on mobile or desktop.

That did the trick! Thank you!!

*UPDATE 7/25/25*

The issue has returned. I cannot be taking time out of my day to uninstall/reinstall spotify on my desktop everytime a new album releases that I pre-saved to my library
