Cannot play Radio

Trying to listen Japanese radio ANN overseas(Korea), but it just cancels out whenever I touch the play button. Is it banned to listen overseas or just my phone-app problem?

• A link to the content you're trying to play.
• Your device model, OS version, and Spotify version.
• Does the same thing happen with a different device/internet connection/account?
