Custom Playlists

So I've been trying to make a playlist which involves a lot of songs, but primarily 1 song repeated. So when I share it with my friends, there are MANY songs that have been added and are seemingly random and stick out like a sore thumb. Why are these songs in my playlist without me putting them there and how can I remove them, because I can't see them when I look at the playlist but my friends can.
