Error in the time zone for Ukraine

After registering / creating an account in Ukraine, your system / site automatically sets the time zone - U.K (United Kingdom) and not Ukraine.

Standard hour UTC + 2 Litniy hour UTC + 3

Apologies for the delay, I've checked this out behind the scenes and the default is set to GMT UK no matter what the country you are currently in, this is a setting which is defaulted to however as you have indicated you are able to amend it by heading to Preferences and amending things there.
