How do I remove suggestions from front page?

My Question or Issue

Hi! I would like to know how do I remove some of the suggested podcasts on my front page, as you can see every time I open Spotify in the middle of the night, I get a jump scare from this damn podcast. It's just really annoying that every time I'm bout to sleep, tryna listen to lofi, and the moment I open Spotify I get a heart attack. Any help would be great! Thanks!

All you do is click on a pic on any podcast and choose it as favorite next time you open your app you will find a happy pic you chosen!
