Inconsistant names for Japanese songs

My Question or Issue

The names of songs aren't consistant. I speak Japanese, my operating system, OS language and spotify language are all in Japanese. I want my song names to be in Japanese too (not romaji, I struggle to read it!)

A while ago I made a topic with this same issue and I was told that it was due to spotify not controlling the names of songs themselves. I accepted it as just a quirk and started to move some of my playlists off Spotify and onto other platforms.

The attached screenshot shows a little anomaly though. The top name is clearly in Japanese, the bottom (the playbar) is in Romaji.

Not sure what crossed wire causes this but I'd really like to solve it. I find spotify more convenient to use and I don't want to have to move all of my playlists onto another platform just so I can read the names ;-;
