Incorrect chapter (track) names in audiobook

My Question or Issue

My published audiobook (When Autumn Slips Unnoticed Into Our Pockets) track/chapter names as in the published meta data do not appeaar - labelled "Track 1" etc The publisher of my work says this was not down to them. thanks!

So for issues related to audiobooks you upload yourself, check the Spotify for Authors Help Center. In particular, this article showing how to edit the metadata.
