What happened with this song? No more present in playlist Eurovision Song Contest 2016?

Song appears to be grayed out, but when I checked where it's supposed to be available I got following regions.

Song is not on the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 album though. It's weird how it appears to be available in the regions above yet you can not play the song because it's grayed out.

The availability of music on Spotify is up to the artist and their music label.

Spotify wants all the world's music, and they're working hard on making this happen for you. However sometimes agreements can't be reached with the artist or label or a change may happen in music ownership. Sometimes the music is only available in certain countries, while access is blocked to others. Sometimes the album or song will be unavailable temporary, and come back again later.

Delaying music is common nowadays, since they want to maximize album sales, which they feel increase if people are not capable of streaming it. When the sales window passes, they make it available for streaming.

No problem, all the Rising and Rock Stars are here to help out. The listening regions thing when doing lookups gets confusing, and even sometimes I overlook releases that I think should be available here in the U.S. but show up first somewhere else with the U.S. excluded, and then that release will populate to other listening regions on the Spotify service later.

Just a rule of thumb try doing a basic keyword search in the Spotify desktop app or webplayer. Sometimes multiple releases and even single songs are released and available, while a full album release is nowhere to be found and/or certain tracks are greyed out on that release.

This is not the song. It's a cover version of it. Why would Jamala remove a song that reached No.1 in UNITED STATES VIRAL 50. Weird.

Sorry, I did a keyword search for the song title and found it placed under an artist page for songs that seems to have been offered as enteries in the Eurovision song contest, and thought that was the version you were looking for?
