My best guess is regional restriction or some regional licensing matters which are currently running.

You can try contacting the artist (on social media or through the artists page) and ask about it, they usually know better. 🙂

Friend, your help was not sufficient. I explain why... it is cleary a platform problem. If I go to the artist, he will respond it is an Spotify problem. As long as the album was posted by himself on his page.

If you take a look at his very page, you will see the artist itself posted the album...
