Making Spotify family-friendly

How can I get radio-friendly versions of songs available? Often only explicit lyric versions are available. This means I can't just leave Spotify on shuffle if my youg kids are about. There seems to be no option to have 'ratings' anywhere and often only explicit versions of current tracks are available. Any options here?
