Greyed out songs are a matter of legal rights.

sometimes within the country playing it and sometimes in concerns Spofity.

Might be something with legal matters like the rights to the song or what not. I've also run into this problem with other "older" songs. Might also another song in an album having legal issius and that they want the whole album if their gonna release it in spotify. Could be a plethora of things actually, all we can do is wait and hope.
