Does Spotify have a music request form for us to request adding a specific music track/album to Spotify? I have an album actually well, a lot of fans of this artist actually want this added as well. The artist I'm talking about passed away seven years ago. I noticed that her catalog is missing one album. The Album that is missing from her catalog is an album called If I Don't Stay the Night and it's by Mindy McCready. I don't really understand why the Album is not on any of the streaming services but if you need to know what the album art looks like, I actually have a picture of the Album cover so you which album I'm talking about.

This would defy the purpose of subscribing to Spotify, wouldn't it?

I use Spotify, so that i don't need to store local files. If i would do that, i wouldn't need Spotify anymore.
