My Music is on another artists profile?! / How do I create an Artist Profile?

Hello there

My album "OH YAY THE BLUES HAVE GOT ME" has recently been uploaded to Spotify - which I couldn't be happier about - but it has been assigned to the artist profile of another Steve Fletcher. So my questions are.... 1) How do I create my own Artist Profile? and 2) How do I get my album assigned to that Artist Profile?

Obviously I don't want my album on another artists profile and I'm sure the other Steve Fletcher doesn't want my album on his profile!
