Not getting email to reset password

Not getting email to reset password

I accidently logged out of my account and forgot my password and I did the whole password reset thing but I never got the email I checked all my folders and I waited a few days but still I got nothing, so I had to create a whole new account but now I want to delete my old one but again I forgot the password and I am not getting the email, what should I do?

If you're sure that you entered the correct email address (or username) for your Spotify account in Password Reset, then I would first recommend trying to reset your password using a private window or a different browser, and to check all email filters (including spam and junk folders) for a password reset email from Spotify.

 

If you still aren't receiving a password reset email, I would recommend getting in touch with Customer Support by clicking on their contact link provided in this support article, under “Old email address?” They’ll take a look and do their best to help.
