Can you let us know the last time you noticed your On repeat playlist updating? We'd recommend to keep listening to more music you love and liking or hiding songs so you'll get better recommendations.

When it comes to the songs not appearing in Recents, it's worth performing a clean reinstall of the app to make sure any damaged cache will be removed and that you'll be running the latest version. You can also try logging out and back in a couple of times in a row to force a sync, as well as closing and re-opening the app after you've listened to a song to check if it will show up in Recents afterwards. Also, if you're using a VPN, that might affect the app's performance, so make sure it's off to avoid any issues.
