It's up to the artists and their labels to decide whether to put their content on Spotify or now. Spotify can't let anything to be streamed unless it's approved by the content creators and copyright owners. 🙂

However, every day there is more and more music available on Spotify. Hopefully those tracks you mentioned will be available soon too!
