Why was the podcast "The Americans" by Chelsea Spieker/Media Pioneer (from Germany in English) removed?

We cannot give you a definite answer as to why that particular playlist was taken down but there are general reasons why content would be removed.

It may be an issue with the Ts and Cs concerned with uploading content (artists and their agents would be more familiar with those)

Also, it may have been removed as per the owner's request for any number of reasons he/she deems fitting.

However, many minutes of content are being added to Spotify per day,so you could keep on checking it out periodically, assuming it wasn't removed permanently.
