Pop up windows 10

Hi, 

I need some help about the pop up in the upper left corner in windows 10. 

I used to see that pop up before having my notebook formatted and i liked it. Now i can't use it anymore. Its gone and i don't know how to activate it again. The pop up appears only when i use the youtube in chrome, but i wanted to use again with spotify. 

If anyone knows how to help with this i would be very grateful.

PS2.: My spotify preferences doesn't have the option to active it like some images that i have found in internet.

have you delete the sound driver without knowing it you can download it from the computer manufacturer's website

is it activated the feactures  in preference the area  display option what View computer overlay when media keys are used
