Hi, is it allowed to make a Screenshot of the Spotifyplayer and the Spotify Code and print it on a Frame or a Shirt or something else and sell it?

Yes of course, many sellers on platforms such as Etsy and Depop already do this, and it is essentially promotion for Spotify because the Spotify code acts as a link. There are some really cool items out there, and I'm sure you'll make the same!
