The availability of music on Spotify is up to the artist and their music label.

Radiohead has a history of dissing Spotify and have chosen not to release their album on Spotify. You can contact the artist to express your comments about it.

The problem is that these artists are being unfair to Spotify and instead will release it on Apple Music. Spotify has more users and they would get more revenue.
