Hey there and thanks for reaching out!
We did some digging on the subject for you and, unfortunately, it seems this data doesn't get saved anywhere.
Once the list updates, the previous edition is gone for good.
Tip: Did you know that, if you wish to see the way this feature works changed, you can post an idea about it on the forum?
Just make sure to take a look at the Idea Exchange Guidelines first in case you decide to do so.
The Community is here for you should any further questions come to mind 🙂
Surely Spotify. You must change this. I listened to the best playlist of my life last afternoon and I can't get it anywhere. Have the option to save.
Same here, best playlist ever and it's gone forever ;(
Same here! It was one of the best playlist with relaxing music and now it is gone, even though i added it in my library!
I was really hoping to recover a daylist that I got today. It was the best one I've ever had. Unfortunately I was driving and I couldn't save it. Spotify really needs a feature to locate old ones
Same here. I saved the playlist, but it updates at certain intervals. I did take a screenshot, but not sure how to make a playlist based on its name and the bolded keywords.
... so the vibes from this afternoon is gone forever?! 😭
You can go into your previous song history if it was super recent. The songs played are lumped into groups with headings of whichever playlist it came from. You won't be able to see the songs that were in the playlist that hadn't been played yet, but you could see the ones you played. When I remember to, I immediately add the songs from a daylist to another playlist. Not by saving the playlist but by marking add to other playlist, then make a new one with those songs.
so i recently discovered that if you send a link of the current daylist that you love and enjoy, you’ll be able to find that same mix through the link. i have lost too many good songs because i didn’t save them fast enough. hope this helps!
Same here, but I'm glad you found out and shared it! Thank you!!!
Maybe try this. I know Its Kinda Late Bit it saved me.
