Remove Artist From radio

Solved!

Remove Artist From radio

How do I remove and artist from Rivers and Robots radio? Rivers and Robots is wonderfully Christian.  However the "radio" keeps playing John Lucas, who is not a biblical Christian.

Hey there @spinningstill,

Thank you for your reply.

Can you perform a clean reinstall of the app? This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

If that doesn't do the trick - can you provide us a screenshot of what you can see when you click the 3-dots next to the song you don't like?

We'll keep an eye out for your reply 🙂

Cheers!

Thank you Jeremy. I was using the desktop app but did a new install on my phone and that option showed up.

This is my second attempt to respond since the web keeps giving me errors.

Grace and peace.

Hi there @spinningstill,

Thanks for reaching out about this.

You can Hide songs from the Radio playlist  on Mobile. Once you've started the Rivers and Robots radio, find the song you don't like and click the 3-dots next to it > Hide this song. This way particular song won't be shown again when you play that Radio on your phone. Note that you might see it again if you play music from your Desktop computer.

If you don't want to hear songs from John Lucas at all, go to their Artist page > click the 3-dots > Don't play this. This will block content from them entirely.

Hope you find this info helpful. Don't hesitate to reach out again if you have questions.

Thank you. I don’t get that option to “don’t play this."

Sorry, I don't see that as an option.
