My Question or Issue

For virtually all of my linked artists to my Spotify for Artists profile, I get streams in the Audience section from my hometown (Adelaide, South Australia) and literally nowhere else? I very seldom get streams from other countries?? Why, when I know people listen overseas, does this not reflect in my statistics? Cheers
