There is not a unique rule to create an attractive playlist.

I suggest you read this post to get some advices :

I could add also as advices :

- Don't try to copy what others are doing

- Don't think you are the only one knowning to create playlist

- Be modest, don't claim your playlist is the best ever (that's ridiculous)

- Don't beg for followers. If listeners think the playlist is attractive, they will follow.
