Spotify through Tunecore.

My band is going through Tunecore to get our music on Spotify. Can I unclick deliver to Spotify on our TuneCore account, and then add the songs to through our artist page on Spotify? Would this affect the numbers we have on the songs now? And the playlist we are on?
