My Question or Issue

hi! i saw the taylor swift top 5 eras thing, and i wanted to try it out. i opened the app, organized the first set of eras, but then when i hit next so that i could see my listening stats, nothing happened. my screen was working, and the other buttons still worked, but the next button wouldn’t do anything. i had to force close the app, but then i couldn’t make the slide with the top 5 info pop up again. i know i can recreate my user-picked eras ranking, but i was really hoping to see my listening stats. is there any way i could see them? like is there a way to reset my app so i can retrigger the function?

We'd suggest that you try the link again. Alternatively, if you type it in search - it will show up as genre and will also open the experience. Screenshot for visibility below.

If you're eligible - the listening stats should be there.
