WHERE ARE MY SEPULTURA ALBUMS?

I am a brazilian user and I was reading about some albums of Sepultura that are missing from Spotify. The brazilian users are one of three countries who don't have acess to listen the albums: Arise, Chaos A.D, Roots (...).
What the **bleep** is that?
Even the **bleep**ing Roots?
THE ROOTS WAS RECORDED TO FIGHT AGAINST THE DEVALUATION OF BRAZIL AND WE, THE BRAZILIAN PEOPLE, DON'T HAVE ACESS TO HIM?

Sepultura's Dante XXI isn't available in Ireland
