Why does the "Automatically make playlists public" button keep turning back on after I turn it off?

I have turned off the "Automatically make playlists public" and I have manually made all my playlists secret, however, there are some playlists that changed back to being public when I checked again and the "Automatically make playlists public" was turned ON again... very frustrating. All I want is for my account to be completely private.

Can you please check that those playlist are not "Collaborative" ?
